It may be obvious to most, but it didn't register with me - the M3x40 idler door bolt must be the partially threaded variety for the MMU2S internal lever bearing to be properly constrained. I initially used a fully threaded bolt and couldn't get the filament sensor to work properly. As soon as I changed to the partially threaded bolt, it worked perfectly!
